• If the cancellation is made within fourteen (14) days, a 15% fee will be incurred per seat. Whatever balance is retained will go in as an Aero credit, which has an 18-month validity. 
• If you have a non-refundable ticket type, you will neither get a refund nor receive any flight credit.
