• Hotel Lodging – JSX Airlines may provide hotel lodging. Upon your written request, the airline may reimburse you for one night’s accommodation at a maximum amount determined by the airline.
• Snacks and Meals – The airline may offer snacks, meals, and beverages. If these provisions are not provided, you can submit a request for reimbursement of reasonable expenses.
• Return of Checked Baggage – If your delay results in a wait longer than two additional hours or an unplanned overnight stay, you may request the return of your checked baggage.

•  When JSX Airlines arranges alternative transportation, you reach the final destination no later than one (1) hour after the originally planned arrival time.

• Rebooking Options – In the event of an involuntary flight cancellation or disruption, the airline will offer alternative flight options to accommodate your travel needs. 

• Refund – Passengers can opt for a refund on the unused portion of the ticket. 

• Assistance – Passengers affected by involuntary JSX flight cancellations or disruptions may be provided with necessary assistance, including meals, accommodations, and airport transfer
